The property, situated within a mango farm, provides its own dairy farm with cows including Vechoor cow and Kasaragod dwarf breeds.

Breakfast options at the homestay include continental, full English/Irish, and Asian choices, all prepared by Neena, the owner's mother. Lunch and dinner are home-cooked using fresh local ingredients, with traditional Kerala dishes such as appam, chicken stew, and parotta regularly served. Guests can also sample fresh toddy and homemade tepache during their stay.

Activities and Surroundings

Pannadikadu Homestay is located near Parambikulam Tiger Reserve, about an hour away by road, and offers mountain views from the property. Guests can explore a 15 km safe cycling route on the two maintained geared bicycles available. The orchard itself features a walking trail up to a hilltop sunset point and a garden with multiple mango varieties, seven types of mango trees, and cattle.

Family-Friendly and Pet Policy

The homestay accepts only one group of guests at a time, which allows families to have the entire property to themselves. A variety of pets dogs and cats live on-site within the dairy farm, and guests are welcome to bring their own pets. The property includes a library with a collection of books and a garden that attracts peacocks and sunbirds.
